SF Bolt
Dual purpose forage cereal
SF Bolt is a new forage triticale that can be autumn or spring sown, ideally suited for green chop or whole crop cereal silage. It is the latest in forage triticale technology using unique double haploid breeding it is unsurpassed in crop uniformity.
This provides the benefit of all plants maturing at a similar time, therefore enhancing ease of harvest and enabling consistent yields across the paddock.
SF Bolt has very good resistance to rust and other diseases potentially reducing the use of expensive fungicides that other older varieties may require. It offers the typical characteristics of a high production forage triticale with very good metabolisable energy and carbohydrate levels.
